General Information
Hotel Anuttara Pvt. Ltd. is a family-run boutique hotel located in Boudha, Tusal Marg, Kathmandu, Nepal — within walking distance of the sacred Boudhanath Stupa. These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, stays, and services provided by Hotel Anuttara.
By making a reservation or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. We recommend printing or saving a copy for your records.

Reservations & Payments
- All reservations made through our website require confirmation via email.
- Payment options include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash upon arrival.
- Hotel Dolmaling reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
The following cancellation schedule applies to standard reservations. Special rates, promotional packages, and group bookings may carry different terms stated at the time of booking.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.
To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact us at sales@hotelanuttara.com or call +977 980 227 1777. Cancellations must be made in writing to be valid.

Check-in & Check-out
CHECK-IN FROM: 2:00 P.M.
CHECK-OUT BY: 12:00 P.M. ( NOON)
EARLY/LATE : ON REQUEST
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
- A valid passport or government-issued photo ID is required for all guests at check-in, in accordance with Nepalese immigration regulations
- The hotel may hold rooms until 6:00 PM on the date of arrival unless a late arrival has been communicated in advance
- Guests are required to provide a valid credit card or cash deposit as security upon check-in

Accommodation & Services
- Room rates vary by room type, occupancy, and selected meal plan
- Complimentary breakfast is included
- High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property at no charge
- All rooms feature air conditioning, heating, and an inbuilt air purifier
- Airport transfers are available upon request and charged separately
- Guests are financially responsible for any loss, breakage, or damage to hotel property caused during their stay

Hotel Policies
Hotel Anuttara is situated beside one of the world’s most sacred Buddhist sites. We ask all guests to honour the spiritual character of this location — maintaining a peaceful, respectful atmosphere throughout the property.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and enclosed common areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available
- Guests must maintain reasonable noise levels, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- Pets are not permitted on the premises
- Possession or consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and referral to local authorities
- Hotel Anuttara reserves the right to refuse service to, or remove, any guest engaging in unlawful, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour without refund
- Visitors to guest rooms must be registered at the front desk

Events & Gatherings
- Event hall bookings require prior reservation and deposit.
- Additional charges may apply for special requests and services.

Experiences & Wellness
Hotel Anuttara offers curated experiences including yoga sessions, monastery visits, sound healing, and cultural immersion programmes.
- All experience bookings must be arranged in advance with our concierge team
- Participation in wellness and spiritual experiences is entirely voluntary; guests assume personal responsibility for their physical wellbeing
- Experience schedules are subject to change based on monk availability, weather, or religious observance days
- Any health conditions that may be relevant to your participation should be disclosed to our team at the time of booking

Liability & Indemnity
- Hotel Anuttara is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. In-room safes are available for valuables
- The hotel is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, civil unrest, or third-party service failures
- Guests use all hotel facilities including outdoor areas at their own risk
- Our maximum liability to any guest is limited to the total value of accommodation charges paid for that stay

Privacy Policy
- Guest information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
- The hotel may use guest data for service improvement and promotional purposes.

Governing Law & Amendments
- Hotel Anuttara reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
- All disputes are subject to Nepalese law and jurisdiction.
